Terms of Service

These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of the sunbed booking service (“Service”) provided by solboo.com (“Website,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

**1. User Responsibilities**

1.1 You agree not to attempt to circumvent, manipulate, or violate any rules, guidelines, or procedures set forth by the Service. Any such actions may result in immediate suspension or permanent banning from using the Service.

1.2 Users are prohibited from creating multiple accounts in an attempt to book more sunbeds than allowed. Each user is entitled to book only the maximum number of sunbeds as per the Service’s rules.

1.3 Harassment of individuals using sunbeds, whether through the Service’s messaging system or in person, is strictly prohibited. Respect the privacy and comfort of all users.

**2. Complaints and Disputes**

2.1 If you have any complaints regarding the Service or your sunbed booking experience, you must address them directly with the venue where the sunbed booking took place.

2.2 The Website is not liable for any issues, injuries, or disputes that may arise during the use of the sunbeds. Users are responsible for their own safety and well-being while using the sunbeds.

2.3 Any complaints or disputes related to the sunbed booking process or the sunbed itself must be resolved directly with the venue. The Website will not intervene or participate in any disputes between users and venues.

**3. General Terms**

3.1 You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account and making sunbed bookings. Any false information provided may lead to the suspension or termination of your account.

3.2 The Service may occasionally undergo maintenance or updates, during which access to the Service may be temporarily restricted.

3.3 The Website reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service, in whole or in part, at its discretion and without prior notice.

3.4 Any content you post or share through the Service must adhere to applicable laws and not infringe upon the rights of others. The Website reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

3.5 By using the Service, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including updates, promotions, and other notifications related to the Service.

**4. Affiliate Program**

4.1. Eligibility and Participation

a. Participation in the affiliate program (“Program”) is subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Terms”). By participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

b. To be eligible for participation in the Program, Affiliate must:

i. Not be related to the hotel in any way, including but not limited to ownership, employment, or familial relationships.

ii. Not create an account for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in the Program.

4.2. Program Details

a. Under the Program, Affiliate can earn commission based on the monthly subscription payments made by hotels (“Hotel”) referred by Affiliate.

b. Affiliate will receive 30% of the monthly subscription payment made by the Hotel for a period of two years from the date of the Hotel’s first full subscription payment. This will commence after any free period has ended.

c. Following the initial two-year period, Affiliate will receive 15% of the monthly subscription payment made by the Hotel for the subsequent one-year period.

d. The commission applies only to the monthly subscription payment and excludes any other services or products subscribed to by the Hotel. 

e. Payment to the Affiliate will be made within 30 days after receiving payment from the Hotel.

4.3. Termination and Modification

a. We reserve the right to terminate or modify the Program at any time, with or without notice, in our sole discretion.

b. In the event of termination or modification of the Program, Affiliate will be notified via email or through the website.

c. Payments will cease if the hotel terminates its contract with Solboo. The value returned each month will also change if the venue modifies its subscription level with Solboo. For instance if the venue choses to increase its subscription level the 30% paid to the affiliate will resemble 30% of the new paid subscription amount. Equally if a reduction occurs 30% will be paid based on this new value.

4.4. Limitation of Liability

a. We shall not be liable to Affiliate for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Program.

4.5. General Provisions

a. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Affiliate and us regarding the Program and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, whether oral or written.

b. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

c. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

d. Failure by us to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

e. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

**5. Indemnification**

You agree to indemnify and hold the Website, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

**6. Governing Law**

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
